What goes in to the preparation of a used car at Hawthorns? Our process includes the following:

Vehicle checks:

Before we buy any vehicle, we carry out a full Experian Data Check. This ensures the car is not subject to any outstanding finance, has not been an insurance write off and the information relating to registration number, chassis number and V5 serial number are all correct.

Pre Sale Inspection:

All our cars under go a multipoint check carried out by our experienced technicians which determines any remedial work that may be required to address; safety or wear and tear items which are replaced as required. In addition, all cars have a minimum of 6 months MOT remaining in line with our AA Dealer Promise.

Presentation:

Once workshop preparation is complete the cars are passed to our in-house detailer who carries out a full detailed valet. We also work closely with specialist trades to take care of alloy wheel refurbishment, panel dents, trim and windscreen chip repair ensuring all cars on display in our showroom are looking their best! 

Warranty Cover:

To complete the package 6 months premium warranty is provided with all cars sold from Hawthorns with tailor made options available to upgrade to 24 or 36 months giving ultimate piece of mind.
